Mission Statement
At Florida Loving Hands, we believe in encouraging self-respect and confidence of all of our residents and, work hard to give them an exceptional quality of life, not only as individuals but as a group. To accomplish this, we provide access to all areas of their home and encourage freedom to participate in activities, choice of food, and interaction with others. Florida Loving Hands strives to make everyone feel at home.
We are also devoted to providing our staff with a safe environment, reasonable wages, fair work schedules, and clear responsibilities for each staff member. We value their time, knowledge, and professional opinions. Staff members are encouraged to share their ideas in order to help improve the quality of life of our residents. We do not ask them to participate in any work for which they are not trained. Our goal is to provide a place for our staff where they can make a difference in our community while creating a positive impact on the lives of our most vulnerable citizens.
